Billing & Insurance Information
Thank you for choosing us as your oral surgery provider. At Legacy Surgery, we are committed to your treatment being successful. Please understand that payment of your bill is considered part of your treatment. You are responsible for any and all professional services rendered, regardless of insurance. Please feel free to discuss any questions about our fees with the office staff.
Payments & Fees
We require full payment at the time of service. Cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards are all accepted forms of payment.
We encourage you to discuss fees for medical and dental care with our office staff to arrange payments that will be convenient and acceptable. We are happy to discuss any fees you may expect to incur. Please talk to our office staff prior to receiving any services that you may feel you are unable to pay the fees at the time of service.
Please remember your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company (commerical insurance, Medicare, and/or Medicaid). As a courtesy to our patients, our office will bill the rendered services to the insurance provider. It is up to the you, as the patient, to contact your insurance company and inquire about covered benefits. Many companies do not pay the total fee for service, in spite of what they may claim. Therefore, we consider you primarily responsible for any charges not covered by insurance.
