Dr Keesecker is a very good oral surgeon. He has removed two teeth for me and I had no problems at all.

My husband was facing heart surgery and needed last minute dental surgery prior to the heart surgery. Dr. Kesecker, upon learning about the time crunch, gave up a previously scheduled afternoon off to perform the extraction, thus giving him proper healing time prior to the heart surgery. He and his staff were absolutely wonderful and we will always be grateful for their care and kindness.

My daughter recently needed an expose and bond procedure, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Dr. Kesecker and his entire team were wonderful—professional, kind, and very welcoming. They made my daughter feel comfortable and helped ease her fears from the very beginning. She healed quickly and experienced very minimal pain throughout the process. We are so grateful for the care she received and would highly recommend Dr. Kesecker and his team to anyone!

Great service! Painless, clean and quick

Easy process. IV administration almost painless, recovery took less than two days, no adverse reactions, only had to take Tylenol once. Courteous and fun staff. Dr. Kesecker is a delightful person and an extremely gifted surgeon. Would recommend to anyone with oral surgery needs.

Dental proceedures may not be pleasurable, but the environment in which they take place, and the personnel providing the service, can more than offset the negative aspects of needles and drills, as has been my experience with the necessary multiple visits to Dr. Kesecker's Staunton dental practice in recent months getting my very satisfactory implant. Thank you for my new tooth! -- and my thanks also to Dr. Lamay next door for creating a fine crown -- and to you both, thank you for the lovely bouquet of flowers you gifted me. Much appreciated.

I have now had several implants by Dr. K and his staff over the last several years. I have been extremely pleased with their professionalism, compassion, and overall quality of work. My last implant I only needed 2 Tylenol for discomfort, and felt great the next day. If I ever need dental surgery again, I will only go to Legacy! Thanks for everything.

I’m not sure which visit this pertains to. I haven’t been to Legacy for almost 4 months.

This must be one of the most efficient and effective doctors offices. I’ve been in. Everyone on staff is consistently helpful, polite friendly. The Chairside Assistants are professional and efficient. I was really happy to be treated by these folks.

I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Dr. Kesecker. My daughter was extremely anxious the morning of her oral surgery—she had never had anesthesia before and was on the verge of being inconsolable. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff went above and beyond to comfort her and put her at ease. The anesthesiologist was truly exceptional—kind, patient, and funny. He took the time to walk her through every step in a way that made her feel safe and in control, which made all the difference. The procedure itself was quick and completely pain-free for her. When she woke up, she was so relieved and happy that she actually cried tears of joy. As a parent, that’s something I’ll never forget. The facility was pristine, and everything felt organized, professional, and genuinely caring. We went in with a lot of fear and left with nothing but gratitude. I would highly recommend this office to anyone, especially families with nervous children.

The best dentist office I've ever been to. The receptionist went out of her way to help me get my meds listed. The dental assistant did a great job of keeping me calm and talking to me. And Dr. Kesecker was the best! He had that tooth out and I didn't even know it. Highly recommend their office. I couldn't complain if I wanted to. 50 stars is not enough! Dr. Kesecker and the entire staff deserve the highest praise. This is an office where professional protocol is obvious while courteous staff help stave off the anxiety that comes with dental surgery. My case was not a simple one, multiple surgeries with unforeseen complications - Dr. Kesecker's confidence and positive demeanor kept me on track and able to complete the process necessary to replace all of my teeth! It has been about 10 years since I was able to bite into an apple - and now I can! Thank you Legacy Surgery!

I was so nervous about getting my wisdom teeth removed. Every one made me so comfortable. After the procedure they called to check on me and were so kind. I was also blessed to not feel any pain even after the anesthesia had worn off, and the weeks after.

Posting for my husband Brocky Nicely. Everyone at Legacy Surgery was exceptional and so friendly. When he has to have the actual surgery he feels he will be in good hands. Everything was explained with patience and the front staff was very helpful.

Procedure was explained thoroughly, facility is well cared for, all personnel are very supportive.

Everything went well for my 12 yr old dental surgery. I was surprised the actual dentist did not meet with me before or after, only his assistant. Never met the person since her other parent went to the consult appointment. The procedure was canceled last minute due to office illness ( its was flu season 🤷🏻‍♀️) but they worked with me to reschedule her quickly and I appreciated that .

I would highly recommend Dr. Kesecker. The Dr. Kesecker had my tooth pulled before I realized it. It was a good experience, no pain and I did not have to take any pain medicine afterward. He and his staff were very professional and user friendly. I live in Myrtle Beach, SC and drove to Virginia to have the procedure done. We'll worth the trip.

Friendly, super efficient staff that seems to care. I had a procedure that was (relatively) painless. I can't say I enjoyed it, but if you have to have oral surgery I recommend them.

Everyone was extremely kind in all steps of the process. From front desk, to assistants, to oral surgeon, every single person was so nice and understanding. Genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better team or place for my procedure! Procedure went well and so is the recovery!!

There is a big difference between working in a dental office and being the patient yourself. I was a little nervous . I had spoken to the office staff on the phone and found them to be very professional and courteous. I had a good feeling going in and was not disappointed. The staff was awesome. When I met Dr. Kesecker knew I was in good hands. He made me feel comfortable and had the treatment completed in no time. I had no post operative issues and required no pain medication at all. No one looks forward to a visit to the oral surgeon, but Legacy made the process easy and I would recommend this group to anyone who needs their services. Friendly staff. I was asked if I was cold and needed a blanket. That is a first time for me. I have never been asked that before. I think that was very thoughtful. I had a tooth extracted.I did not have any pain not even after the numbness wore off. I am one week out and still no pain. I will highly recommend going there.

Hello folk, I personally had to have a lower left jaw tooth next to the last tooth (I believe I was told that it was the number 19th tooth) pulled & then had human bone packed in the 2 root holes with a Implant put in between for a future tooth to be put on by my personal dentist. Dr. Jeffery Kesecker, DDS and the 2 young ladies that worked with him to take care of me ( I wish that I could remember their names. Please forgive me young ladies) were absolutely phenomenal. They take excellent care of you and do excellent work there at Legacy Surgery Harrisonburg, Va. office. But be prepared, because it's expensive to have done. And, they want to be paid that day, the day the work was done! Thanks to Dr. Jeffery Kesecker, DDS and the 2 young ladies for what you did for me!

I just had sedation dentistry this week to have a tooth pulled. They were knowledgeable, friendly, kind and explained everything. I have a dental phobia and Legacy enabled me to get my dental work complete. I would definitely recommend them.

All the staff and doctor were very polite and did a good job. The initial 'paperwork' was too arduous and my appointed start time ran 1/2 hr. late. My only real complaint is that when the doctor extracted the rear molar with a gold crown, he didn't offer me the crown, and I didn't remember to ask for it......probably worth at least $60 - $80 with gold now worth over $3K/ounce!

They did what they said they would do .office Visit was a little behind on the time scheduled but the extraction went very quick after i went back and i followed the written post extraction instruction with no follow-up problems.i do think all of the specialist for dental extraction are pretty expensive. Although this practice was a little cheaper then the rest in the area.

I have a severe fear of needles and dental work (traumatic experience with wisdom teeth removal at another place, anesthesia error), and the people there are always so sweet and patient with me. I’ve had a few oral surgeries done there and they always do great from the preparation to the healing process.

The staff at Legacy Surgery is friendly, efficient and helpful. They were responsive to my needs and made the process easy. My surgery for wisdom teeth extraction went well, with no pain or discomfort. I highly recommend the practice.

Dr. Kesecker and his team were wonderful with my daughter. She had to have teeth pulled to prepare for braces. They worked well with her anxiety before and after the procedure. We even had a follow up call later in the day to check on her. Thank you all!

Legacy is the place to go. Period. They met me with my name when I came in, I was brought in five minutes after my appointment. I had a back molar extracted.“they gave me a choice of a local or anesthesia. I chose the local, zero pain. Really, zero pain. Truly. Seems like out was done in 5–6 minutes. Surgery went well. Dr was very knowledgable and only took a few Minutes to pull my tooth . It is healing nicely. His helper was very pleasant and really knew what she was doing in getting me ready for the surgery.

I recently had another implant placed by Dr. Jeffery Kesecker. The entire experience was very good. His team of assistance were very knowledgeable and caring. I felt very at ease even though this is not one of my favorite things to do. After the procedure I followed the instructions and only had to take Tylenol the day after. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I broke a tooth two days before I was scheduled to leave for a four week motorcycle trip. Dr. Kesecker agreed to see me the same day, extracting the tooth and installing an implant on an emergency basis. Due to his over-the-top customer service I was able to leave for my trip as scheduled and had no post-op complications. Thank you Dr. Kesecker for bailing me out of an extremely tenuous situation. I also appreciated his thorough explanation of my options.

Our experience was truly 5-star, from setting up appointments and getting through paperwork with the always cheerful and calm Haley, right through the procedure. It was an uncomplicated extraction, though the patient was a man with dementia who was very anxious about what was to happen, and the prep work had to be handled from Indiana, where his sister/caregiver lives. There were no pain or problems following the procedure, either. We highly recommend Legacy Surgery Center.

I had a broken tooth that needed an implant for a crown. Legacy was able to get me in the same day and extract the tooth root and put in an implant. I will not be able to have the crown put on until January when my insurance resets. This implant at Legacy only cost me $10,000, which ate up all my insurance pretty quickly. They would not bill my medical insurance, even though surgery was necessary. The folks were very friendly the service was wonderful, but at 5,000 an hour, it should be. Geez.

Legacy surgery gave me the most painless Novacaine treatment I have ever had in my life and pulled one of my molars efficiently and quickly. They answered all my questions when I called after the surgery twice with kindness and clarity. I would recommend them to anyone needing dental surgery.

I have very much appreciated the services of Legacy Surgery. They worked with me to devise a plan for my dental work. Everything was coordinated with my primary dentist and surgery is scheduled soon.

The office staff at Legacy Surgery was wonderful! They made my daughters feel comfortable and explained their after care very well. While on the way to one of our follow up appointments I drove over a nail and came back out to a flat tire. As I was working on changing it, two of the office staff noticed and came out to help me, essentially changing the tire for me. I am so grateful for their care and hardwork, going above and beyond to help us.

They were wonderful from beginning to end!

I got my top wisdom teeth out about a month ago with laughing gas and the injectable numbing in office. I did not feel anything! Not a pull or any pain whatsoever! Even post op after the first 24 hours I had no pain. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend this office

From the time you enter the office to the time you leave...all staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgable!
